The mounting bracket on the bow sights can be marked with the yardage so that the archer need not gauge distances. The adjustable pin sights are therefore the favorite of many archers for the ease which it provides in estimating distances.

Pendulum type ? These bow sights carry a single pin sight which swings inside the pin?s housing. Typically, these are sighted from ground locations at about 20 yard distances. While using Pendulum sights, the hunter focuses more on the target rather than on adjusting the sights.
